Exchange 2016 storwworker use high memory

We have vmaware virtual server with Ms Exchange 2016 instalation, server have 24Gb ram but server use 88% of memory nad first in use is exchange sotre worker. Sometines the server stop to recive external mails? Its normal so high consumption of memory by this process?
