Exchange 2016 On-prem OWA change password custom text

Have tried to follow below article but no luck. Any idea if this can be done in On-prem Exchange2016 OWA?

Seems like the instruction only works for exchange 2013. I'm working on an Exchange Server 2016 CU22. The script was not working when I tried earlier. Need help+1
