Exchange 2013 offline access

Afternoon,

I’m hoping you can help.

I have an ova of our old Exchange 2013 server; I’ve loaded it into a virtual environment but I can’t get into the ECP or EWS to access it.

I’m trying to locate an old user’s mailbox but I have no way of loading the usual GUI.

I get errors about LDAP connectivity. Is there a way around this error, or just a way to access the mailboxes? I cannot load the OWA either.
