Exchange 2013 IMAP and POP users can receive emails but cannot send but no error message

Question

Hi,I have an Exchange 2013 server and users tha use POP or IMAP connection can receive emails but when they send internal or external emails the email appears as send in Send folder but the email in reallity never flow to destiny.&nbsp; No error message, nothing.&nbsp; Any ideas?

What I found is that the Self signed certificate that :143 is using is totally different that the one that assigned in my Exchange 2013 server, the issue is that I have it installed yet and I don't feel very confident to remove that wrong certificate. Thank you
