Exchage 2010/2013

Hello guys, 

I have a quick question, i am currently learning about what exchange on-prem is and what it does. 

A question was recently raised and i want to know what best practice is in this case. 

There are multiple exchange servers, you can say a cluster and i was wondering what is best practice to set up powershellvirtual directories internal Url. should i use the fqdn of each server or is a loadbalancer fqdn the best option?
