ExceptIfAnyOfRecipientAddressContainsWords does not work with BCC
I've setup a rule for redirect all the mail to a shared mailbox with two exclusion private@... deliver@... with ExceptIfAnyOfRecipientAddressContainsWords this rule with BCC blind carbon copy doe...
Generally speaking, transport rules and BCC don't mix well. You might have to rework the rule to achieve your goals, if you want you can post a sanitized example for us to take a look.
