Did you connect their support?

yes i connected the M365 support. But they said EWS is not supported. I should contact the Community..- I mean support of OnTime suite.
- yes did already. And they say it's configured as it should.
The same server and configuration works as well with another tenant.
We see also the same behaviour with EWS Editor. We can resolve the Groups in the test tenant but not in the prod tenant
