Entra ID Connect Hybrid Option

That option enables writeback for few select attributes, as detailed for example here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/hybrid/connect/reference-connect-sync-attributes-synchronized#exchange-hybrid-writeback
You should only use it when Hybrid is in place.
So AFTER I ran the HCW on exchange I should go back on Entra ID connect and enable the option?
No impact on the users I suppose, just to be sure
Yes, rerun it after enabling Hybrid. It will not delete any users :)
