Entire e-mail group can see the message 'mark as complete' - Outlook 2016
Hi, Could I change settings for an entire e-mail group so they could all see when a received e-mail is no longer active (marked as completed). Thanks, Philip

you can flag the message or stamp a category/label on it but this is not available on O365 group only on shared mailbox.
