Enable support for AES256-CBC-encrypted content in Exchange Server August 2023 SU

Hello,

we have two Exchange 2016 Servers, but all our mailboxes are migrated to Exchange Online (for example if a new user is made in Active directory, the user is synced with Azure AD and then the mailbox is being migrated to Exchange Online).

As far as I know we are not using Information Rights Management (IRM) features in Exchange Server together with either Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) or Azure RMS (AzRMS).

Do we need to activate support for AES256-CBC-encrypted content in Exchange Server if we use Microsoft 365 Apps, Exchange 2016 Server and Exchange Online?
