Emails never delete
How can I set up, so that the emails in the mailbox are never deleted, except when I delete them manually.
- That's the default behavior in Exchange Online, nothing is deleted unless the user does so manually. If you are seeing different, you have a retention policy with a delete action assigned to the mailbox, and you need to update it accordingly.
