Email Failed Fraud Detection Check but still delivered to Inbox
We are getting emails that say "This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be." This makes me think our SPAM filter is working correctly. However, the message is still getting delivered to the Inbox.
If the sender fails the fraud detection check, how to i tell Exchange to automatically put it in Junk?
That depends on the "spam action" you have configured under the corresponding anti-spam policy: https://protection.office.com/#/antispam
In addition, it might be related to the "phishing action", configurable under https://protection.office.com/#/antiphishing
