ECP and OWA problems after upgrade Exchange 2013 CU2 to CU23

Hi,

I have 2 Mail servers and 2 Client access servers.

The 2 mail server have the back end configured, and the 2 client access the front end on IIS.

I've upgraded w CAs and two mailoboxes to the last version of excchange 2013 CU23. Finaly when I finnished the upgrade of last server. The ECP and OWA stop working. I am able to supply my login credentials, but when i click on 'sign in' i just get the below error. / https://localhost/ecp /

Server Error in '/ecp' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

I know that iIt's easy to find many solutions for that problem, but none works.

I've tried to use scripts:

UpdateCAS.ps1
UpdateConfigFiles.ps1

but there are errors during executing these scripts.

I've tried to recycle the App pools

I did restore one CAS server and ECP works only only ones on first start . Second start was failed.

Please tell me what should I do now.Heeelp.
