ECIF - Seeking Guidance on Securing an FTE Sponsor for ECIF

I'm currently navigating a situation where securing an FTE sponsor for an ECIF request is crucial, and I could really use some guidance.

In our workflow, any ECIF SOS requests we receive are supposed to be added with a sponsor. However, I find myself in a position where this step needs to be expedited, and I'm unsure about the quickest way to make it happen.
