e-mail bounces back although address is correct
We have started to notice email are being bounced back to sender from a valid and active email account recipient. This is random, when the sender try 2 or 3 times the email go through. The message they sender received is: We were unable to deliver your document to the email address email address removed for privacy reasons. Please check that this is the correct email address."

In Exchange, use Get-MessageTrackingLog to look at the NDR error codes in the transfer log, and fix the SPF/DKIM records to adjust the limitations of the receiving connector, such as the common 550 5.1.1 error, you have to make sure that the recipient mailbox really exists first.
