Dynamic Distribution group Users missing

Hi,

I have a Dynamic Distribution Group with the following specifications.

Only The Following Recipients. - Users with Exchange Mailboxes

and a company filter.

New users won't get added to this group. The last users is from 2 months ago.

I checked and copied the information from an older user who is in the distribution group.

The users aren't blocked and have an exchange Mailbox.

Updating it by powershell using Set-DynamicDistributionGroup -Identity <DDG> -ForceMembershipRefresh

I get the following message.  The command completed successfully but no settings of <DDG> have been modified.

Could someone help me with this issue.
