DMARC reporting
My understanding is that the EOP and Outlook.com infrastructures do generate DMARC reports. There isn’t a need to turn anything on (or off) at the tenant level.
I understand that outlook.com is returning DMARC report. I see them now. I don't see reports from other O365 tenants eg @companyname.onmicrosoft.com or their real name eg @companyname.com.au

The correct terminology may be to enabled sending of aggregate feedback reports in the mail flow policy, can O365 generates aggregate feedback reports daily from my own tenant?

Ahh…
“Office 365 doesn't send out DMARC reports, nor is it on our public roadmap. However, there's a hacky way you can kind of approximate aggregate reports.”
