"Distribution groups I own" showing incomplete list

Hello,

Lately, we had a few users occasionally unable to update their owned DGs as they were missing in the "DG portal" in OWA.

OWA > Settings > General > Distribution groups >"this portal" link > Distribution groups I own
https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/MyGroups/PersonalGroups.aspx

Does anyone experience the same issue?
Is MS working on something in the backend that might cause it?

    Microsoft have retired legacy Exchange online ecp portal URLs including this one for self service DL management. The only way I have found for users to manage these DLs now is via the Outlook desktop client. Ref: https://www.lboro.ac.uk/services/it/topics/managing-group-membership/
