Disable external access to ECP and OWA Exchange 2016

Hi, 

 

I want to disable public IP that is related to Exchange and it can be accessible to access owa and ecp from this public IP  

 

only I need access to owa and ecp once I log in to (mail.domain.com) 

 

Why public IP it can be accessible and what should i do?
