Changing self signed ssl to dv ssl

Hello,
I changed the self signed certificate to exchange 2016 to a dv cert. And now external clients cant connect to exchange. Even after binding the old self signed certificate in iis again external clients cant connect to mail. Owa is working and whrn trying to connect to eac it redirects me to owa on the server.
