how fix error- healthchceker test write:
Certificate Binding Issue Detected: 'CE1F23873453D9F733AD24D7DA7BBD83C275CDB4' Doesn't exist on the server and this will cause problems.
the website shows a message about an invalid certificate (it is valid for a certain period of time), after clicking I understand that there is a risk, a blank screen remains

Select Site → Bindings → Edit HTTPS Bindings → Select New Certificate in IIS Manager to update your SSL certificate.
