Blocking attachments internally but exclude if one or more recipients are external
Hi All,
We are looking to block users sending attachments internally but if an internal and external email address is on the email we want to allow it.
Is this possible?

You can create a transport rule to block attachments and add an exception based upon your requirement.

- surajbudhani I have tried this and it still block it unless you have to wait a certain amount of time for the rule to activate after changes?
