Block domain using Anti-spam policy, but allow one specific sender through

Hi all,

 

We currently block a newsletter service domain in our Anti-spam inbound policy due to the amount of spam it produces, but we recently had a request to allow one of the newsletters through.

 

Each newsletter from this service has the same domain, but has a unique sender before the @ sign.

 

If we keep this domain in the blocked domains section, but add the specific email address to the "Allowed senders" list, will this override the block list and allow the email through?

 

If not, is there another way to go about this?

    I understand you want to be able to allow a sender that is part of a blocked domain in your Antispam inbound policy to send emails to you. if the domain is still in the blocked domain it will not be possible the workaround will be to remove the domain from the blocked domain in the antispam policy and use the transport rule to create a block with an exception for this sender you want to allow. Please see the steps below:
