Best approach to copy mailbox from one office 365 tenant to another

I am looking for best approach to copy mailboxes from one office 365 tenet to another.  I also checked the cross tenant migration approach but in this approach source mailbox will be disabled after completion of migration and 

Is there any other best and recommended method we can copy the mailboxes without deleting/disable the source mailbox? i have tried the export and import PST method but that is also slow process

    you can try open both in outlook profile and use drag n drop. This isn't more handy then PST I think.
    I would use 3rd party or some Powershell script.

    If you don't want to export/import you are going to have to purchase and use a 3rd party tool
