    Hi farventure,

I think that the best solution is to use a transport rule.

Here are the instructions how to do this:

    1. Open the Exchange Management Console and navigate to Mail Flow > Transport Rules.
    2. Click New Transport Rule.
    3. In the New Transport Rule dialog box, give the rule a name and description.
    4. Select the Apply this rule if condition.
    5. In the Apply this rule if dialog box, select the The sender's address contains specific words condition. In the Specify words or phrases box, enter the email addresses of the domains that you want to apply the rule to.
    6. Click OK to close the Apply this rule if dialog box.
    7. Select the Do the following action.
    8. Select the Send a message to the sender action.
    9. In the Send a message to the sender dialog box, enter the following information:
      • From: The email address that you want the message to be sent from.
      • To: The email address of the sender.
      • Subject: The subject of the message.
      • Body: The body of the message.
    10. The following is an example of a message that you can use:

    Dear [sender's name],

We were unable to deliver your email to [recipient's name]. The email address [recipient's email address] is not a valid email address in the [domain name] domain.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
    Your name

You can also use the Insert Variables button to insert variables into the message body. For example, you can insert the sender's name, the recipient's name, and the recipient's email address.

    1. Click OK to close the Send a message to the sender dialog box.
    2. Finally, click Save to create the transport rule.

To set the transport rule to send an automated message in Arabic too, you need to create a language pack for Arabic. Here are the steps:

    1. Open the Exchange Management Console and navigate to Organization Configuration > Mailbox > Language Packs.
    2. Click New Language Pack.
    3. In the New Language Pack dialog box, give the language pack a name and select Arabic.
    4. Click Add to add the language pack to your Exchange organization.

Once the language pack has been created, you can configure the transport rule to use it. Here are the steps:

    1. Open the Exchange Management Console and navigate to Mail Flow > Transport Rules.
    2. Select the transport rule that you created and click Edit.
    3. In the Edit Transport Rule dialog box, click the Actions tab.
    4. Select the Send a message to the sender action and click Edit.
    5. In the Send a message to the sender dialog box, select the Use a language pack checkbox.
    6. Select the Arabic language pack.
    7. Click OK to save the changes.

Now, when a user sends an email to an invalid email address in your domains, they will receive an automated message in both Arabic and English.

Leon :  We have tried the suggested solution & no luck on it .

As we suspect the phrase OR keyword isn't getting match on the rule applied .

Please suggest more in details .
