Automap shared mailboxes for OWA
Hello,
Is it possible to have shared mailboxes that user's are granted full access to automap to their OWA accounts instead of having to manually add them? Users are not on the domain.

Automapping works for Outlook only, in OWA you need to add the shared mailbox via the right-click menu option or use the "open another mailbox" functionality. If you want to make it easier to use, just craft a direct link such as https://outlook.office.com/owa/sharednew@domain.com
