Auto forwarding with filter
How can I forward specific emails from an account? I need to forward all emails except those that come from a specific domain or specific email or those with specific words in their subject. Exchange...
Use rules. Mail flow rules if you're an admin, or Outlook rules if you're a regular user - both allow you to specify additional conditions when configuring the forwarding action.
I have access to the admin console. It has only redirection not forwarding.
- It also has the "add recipient" action, which you can use for forwarding.
