Auto accept recurring meetings while declining conflict days

The current options for scheduling recurring meetings in resource rooms is lacking in functionality.  The room can be set to accept conflicts and accept a certain number/percentage of conflicts.  This results in double bookings.  An option to auto-accept meetings while auto-declining conflicts would be very useful.  A list of conflicting appointments could either be e-mailed to the organizer and/or displayed at the time of the meeting creation.
