Anyone else seeing mailboxes with Exchange Online 2 showing they now have 150gb?
Noticed this this morning. I understand that Basic was going to go to 100gb as they roll that out, but did they also increase Exchange 2 to 150gb to make it still worth paying for it vs an archive l...
Latest update from MS Support:
- “The mailbox can grow to over the 100 GB limit” <<< This is very concerning
- “Manually change the ProhibitSendReceiveQuota back to 100 GB”
- “There is a roll out to address the mailboxes that were changed by mistake. There is no timeline for that roll out to complete”
I have done #2 in one of our tenants that had about 7 mailboxes displaying 150GB and the GUI now reflects it properly. The MS Support Engineer was great to work with, but I am disappointed in MS response to the fix, it’s obvious they did no testing in this rollout, who knows what they will break when they finally "fix" it.
So, the final answer is fix it yourself or wait for Microsoft's no timeline fix.
