Antispam protection in hybrid Microsoft 365 and on-premise server scenario

Hi,

We're migrating over to Microsoft 365 away from Postfix/Dovecot. Mail for our domain will come in to Office 365 then if there's no address match found within Office 365, it is get forwarded on to Postfix/Dovecot mailbox.

For doing it I'll follow this instruction using the connectors but I have a doubt about antispam/antivirus.

In that scenario the Microsoft 365 will blocks antispam/antivirus only for the 365 mailbox or also for the ones forwarded on to Postfix?

Obviously the domain is the same and its MX record will point to Office 365.
