Adding additional Exchange Servers at DR Site for redundancy

Hello,

 

I have already running Two Exchange 2016 on Prem. in Single DAG at HO. I am planning to add additional Two Exchange Servers on DR Site for HA. If HO is down emails will continue to work from DR site Exchange. Kindly advice for best practice. ADC already installed at DR site.
