add shared mailbox on outlook mobile

Hi All,

I have exchange 2019 on premise, 

I can add shared mailbox successfully through web outlook on desk top but I can not add shared mailbox on outlook mobile app.

please not that there is no option (add shared mailbox) & I tried to add shared mailbox as new account with using of granted user credentials but the mailbox of users appeared not the shared mailbox.

any suggestions ???

    did you tried below method.

    also try to use Microsoft outlook application and update to latest version

      Yes I have tried but the option "add share mailbox" has not appeared at all.
