HI,
using new outlook 365 program with my exchange email address. I have added my isp email account as I still use my old email address as primary. At that address, I have set up an auto forward of all email to my exchange email server/email address.
In the old outlook, I could designate which account I wanted to use to send emails and to receive emails. thus isp email address for sending, my exchange email address (which all my emails from the isp are forwarded) as receive email address.
With the new outlook, you don't have that old send and receive options to set up. When I go to send an email from my exchange, I select my isp email address as the from, but get an error that I do not have permission to send emails from this account. I have done a lot of searching for a solution, but would like the easiest solution to fix this problem (and no, I don't want to change my WWW email address as that would be so complicated to undertake, the auto forward from my ISP mail account far easier)

Fixed. Made my exchange mailbox a shared mailbox. When sending a reply to something using my ISP email address instead of the exchange email address, no more error about not being authorised. 🙂
