Waffle Error?
DanielCayea The team asked if you are able to submit feedback and diagnostic data. After the issue reproduces on the New Tab Page, click the "feedback" button on the bottom right corner of the page. This will help them investigate further. Let me know once you've been able to submit the feedback.
Also, does this issue reproduce on any cards in the feed as well such as the Microsoft 365/ Industry News Card/ Company News Card? Thanks!

Clicking send feedback doesn't do anything. It is as if the page isn't signed in to a Microsoft account but there is no where to sign in to a Microsoft account on the page.
Error Ids 38006 (Failed to authenticate UserLicenseDetails), 38007 (Failed to authenticate UserLicenseDetails with user interaction after max retries), 35203 (User interaction Required), 38008 (Failed to authenticate AdminPortalData), 38009 (Failed to authenticate AdminPortalData with user interaction after max retries) and 36109 (Error fetching successful response from shell api; logging details for investigation) show in the console log and for each one, a subsequent error (This App error Id: <each id number in previous list> will not be sent due to app error sampling!) is listed.
