I am having this exact same issue. I do not have a work profile signed into Edge, though I do have a business e-mail in Outlook. But that should not be affecting Edge. Edge is only my personal account. Windows is only my personal account. No other profiles are on my Surface Pro. Yet Edge Secure Network reports, as OP, that it is "managed", even though edge://management/ tells me it is NOT managed.
- Someone from the Edge team should take a look at this..
