SmartScreen - Can't report false positive block

Dear all,

 

I've issues reporting false positive detection of SmartScreen in Edge. Downloads are blocked and due to policy users can't open the blocked file.

 

When I click "Report file as safe" in Edge Download Manger, it'll open a Website where I should be able to report the file. But Website is not working, as soon as I click on "Send" I receive a warning, that I should use "Edge Download Manager to report a file.

 

Problem reporting a file on managed computer.

 

Doing the same on my private PC, I'm forwarded to a different page, which is working fine.

On the computers where it's not working, I'm forwarded to the following URL:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/AppRepSubmission

 

For working computers, the URL is:

https://feedback.smartscreen.microsoft.com/feedback.aspx

 

We have this issue for a longer periode already so I don't think it's related to the version. If I remember it correct, we had this already with v87 or v89 when we introduced Edge Chromium.

 

Not Working Version: 91.0.864.67

Working Version: 91.0.864.64

 

Edge Baseline Policies are applied via GPO and from my perspective only unrelated settings (not SmartScreen) are made in an additional policy.

 

Any Idea? Is more information required?
