SCCM Deployment - Edge 81 - Stops User Login

Deleted Just an update. After days of testing, I found out it was the start menu layout xml we set in group policy.
The original start menu layout only had one icon, and this was our Intranet, opened by Edge.
After checking the event viewer after login, I noticed a tiledatarepository.dll error. I also found if I blocked the GPO with the start menu config it also works.
I've now removed our Intranet from the start menu xml and new users can logon again.
