Same Edge different options?
I have a coworker that has the same version of Edge Version 102.0.1245.33 (Official build) (64-bit) but doesn’t have the option to allow sited to be reloaded in IE mode.
I’ve configured GPO and created a Enterprise Mode Site List but even on the systems that have the option and have taken the GPO I’m getting the message
Your session has expired. Please log back in to the system. I just logged in how can it expire.
I don't know if the problem with not having the option to allow sited to be reloaded in IE mode
has anything to do with the IE mode not working through the GPO but I thought it would be worth mentioning it.

KBCrhoutz Hello! For the IE mode local site list, there are MS Edge version prerequisites and also OS prerequisites. Here is the documentation: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edge-ie-mode-local-site-list#prerequisites
