Retirement of IE11 and IE mode 'standalone' option
- May 20, 2021
lexcyn - You won't be able to launch the IE11 stand-alone application from the enterprise mode site list manager. That checkbox will go away. IE mode is the path forward for any app or site that needs IE11 for any reason. If IE mode isn't working for a specific site or app, please let us know so we can fix any gaps with the feature.
Kelly_Y Hi Kelly - so here's what I am talking about. In the enterprise mode site list manager (latest version), there is an option when adding sites to select "standalone IE", which launches its own IE window. If this is going away, that is fine, we just need to know so we can let site owners know that the end is coming, so to speak. ![]()

Colleen_Williams thanks, that is exactly what I needed to know!

I don't believe it's an issue with IE mode, but rather an incompatibility with how the sites are programmed (ie: using legacy JS or other depreciated hooks that are no longer available). I will let our team know.
