JBrunsden Hello - I've heard back from the extension team.  Can you recheck the update manifest returned by the server? They think that either the “gupdate” tag is missing there or the protocol on "gupdate" tag is invalid.

Hi Kelly_Y,

We identified the resolution for this, out internal developer had incorrectly changed the protocol.

Reverting back to protocol="2.0" fixed the problem.
