No "Open in Internet Explorer" available

Can't seem to get the "open in Internet Explorer" to appear under More Tools. We are running Version 83.0.478.45 (Official build) (64-bit) build with GPO. Internet Explorer Integration is set for IE Mode.  Not sure what is preventing the "open in Internet Explorer" from appearing. Any thoughts?

    Vince200 In my believing one should have a sitemode list file available on a filesystem of site if the integration is configured, at least that is what we have in place.
