New Edge-Connectors Preview Access

I work with several customers in the Edge space. Connectors are currently in preview status according to MS Docs pages. however customers who have signed up for Connectors preview access have not received access to connectors or a notice indicating when connectors would be available. Service Now and File share connectors are the most common ones for my customers.
