NRIB_Infra Hello! I have seen that the team has received other reports that when in IE mode sometimes the title is not showing correctly on pop-up windows/tabs. This occurs when the page is hosted over HTTP. It does sound similar to what you are experiencing.

NRIB_Infra Hello! I wanted to circle back to this discussion from earlier this year. The fix did take a while because it requires an update from the Windows team. The fix for Windows 11 was just released. Please see the following KB articles:

October 25, 2022—KB5018496 (OS Build 22621.755) Preview (microsoft.com)

If you are still on Windows Server 2016, the fix should be available in an upcoming Windows Update. Please keep a look out for it! Thanks!
