Microsoft Update Catalog site not working in Edge Dev and Canary

Hi there, 

It does not appear that the Microsoft Update Catalog (https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/home.aspx) works properly in Edge Dev 82.0.432.3 and later. It also does not work in Chrome Dev 82.0.4068.4 either, so maybe something related to this version of Chromium. 

Behavior is that clicking the Search button does nothing. 

Still works fine in Beta 81.0.416.20. 

No errors in console that I can see.
