Not sure if you had a chance to review the doc links that Kelly provided. Similar to the Legacy Edge's kiosk offering, Windows Assigned Access feature now supports the new Edge in single app kiosk mode (in Insider builds for a few weeks now) - via Settings UI, Intune, Powershell scripting, etc. When you configure Edge kiosk using Assigned Access's single app mode, you'll notice that we lockdown Ctrl+N. Ctrl+T is not blocked though. In case you had a chance to try this out, let us know what you think!

Jeffrey_Fronius The current plan is for the shortcuts to be blocked starting with MS Edge v89.
For the public browsing experience we are only blocking CTRL+N (opening a new window process). This is tabbed experience so it will require CTRL+T.
For the digital\interactive experience we are blocking both, CTRL+T (opening a new tab) and CTRL+N (opening a new window process).Hopefully there will not be any delays but feel free to check back with any questions. Also, we are planning to update our documentation next week. Thanks!
