  lexcyn The page was recently updated! You must have visited right before! :)
  
  I checked with our developer and the change was made because the policies were obsoleted upstream in Chromium.

    Haha okay so I am not going crazy! :) And after looking into it, changes look good from upstream - less policies to manage exception lists the better!
