YamadaKsk Looks like this is already in the team backlog ("Open in sidebar" is available despite being Disabled with HubsSidebarEnabled set to 0 and StanaloneHubsSidebarEnabled set to 0). I've let them know your feedback about this as well.
Currently there is no ETA but I can follow up with any updates from them. Thanks!

Hello, it's been a while.
The "Open in sidebar" feature is still available even when HubsSidebarEnabled is set to 0. Has this not been addressed yet?

I understand that this is already in the backlog.
The filter extension service I provide is used by teachers and children in schools in Japan. However, the sidebar has become a loophole, and even when the HubsSidebarEnabled policy is disabled, there are many ways the sidebar can still be opened, which has been difficult to manage.
Currently, we are asking our customers to use a version of Edge where the Open in sidebar feature is not available.
From a security perspective, it is not appropriate for them to not use the latest version of Edge, so we would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed promptly.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Please keep me updated with any further developments.
