IE Mode - Microsoft Edge‎ site lists

I have the Microsoft Edge sites list built out for IE mode. We have several administrators that may need to add or remove sites from this list as needed. The site lists seems to only reside under my account. How do I share this or give access to other admins? Is this an oversight or am I missing something? The Site list is currently deployed through Intune and working with users.
