GPO Template and Force InPrivate Mode prevents new install from launching

Just used Microsoft Endpoint Manager 1910 to deploy the Edge Beta Channel to our classroom computers. Using the Edge GPO templates set them to force InPrivate mode and Edge would not launch.  After changing GPO to not force InPrivate mode Edge will launch. After the first launch then the GPO setting for to force InPrivate mode does not prevent the launch.

Not sure if there is a better place to post this so the Edge team sees this information.
