pjv4tx Hi - It would hard to determine what's going on without repro steps.  I think in this case it would be best to reach out to Support (https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness).  They should be able to gather logs and other diagnostic data to help investigate your specific case.  Thanks!
